I just wanted to send a short note to express my gratitude at the way you handled my procedures.
The impetus for coming to see you was that a friend always looked so relaxed and youthful. After speaking to her about her Botox injections I was still not inclined to get it done as it sounded like her experience at various clinics was not very positive. However, I saw her again recently and she was waxing lyrical regarding your clinic (which she had visited since we last spoke).
I can now second her feelings. I was impressed with your professionalism; the confirmation of appointment time, the ability of your staff to be honest, candid and empathetic when allaying any fears I had.
I have had two Botox sessions. The first session Dr Joseph was so natural, sensitive and knowledgeable about how much he was willing to give me that I did not feel at anytime he was over-selling or being too conservative. The follow up appointment to ensure I was happy with the result made me feel you and the clinic had a stake in the outcome of the procedure.
I was astounded at the difference it has made in minimising the premature wrinkles and lines on my face. I wish I had done it earlier. I was so impressed that I could not wait to have some more. Which I have subsequently done. I cannot tell you the number of comments people have made about how relaxed and well I look. I realise that it is probably psychosomatic, however I actually feel more relaxed. Not using the muscles to tense my face has made me less tense and tired... strange I know however, I genuinely feel better. I feel more confident and less stressed. My mum actually said that I had been looking a bit haggard prior to the treatment and now I look like a new girl.
